Shivali Marfatia is a Senior Director in the firm and is the President of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Bombay Chapter, India. She has more than 15 years of experience in providing assurance and advisory services to the manufacturing, banking and service industries.

Shivali is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1997. She also holds the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) accreditation since 2002 and the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) since 2013 from the Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., USA.

She has participated in the Executive Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She is also certified by the Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., USA, as a Quality Assessor, which enables her to conduct quality assessments. She has worked at a senior level on a range of management and auditing assignments, encompassing diverse industries and functional areas in India and abroad.
