Rajendra K Aneja, has over 30 years of experience in General Management, Marketing, Customer service, and Corporate Affairs. Rajendra Aneja had been associated with Hindustan Lever for 28 years, since 1976. At Hindustan Lever, he dealt with a diverse range of products, and assignments. He has also worked in Unilever Brazil and later as Managing Director of a Unilever in Tanzania, Africa.


Rajendra Aneja has worked in the Middle East, as the CEO of a Retail group and also of a Foods Company. As a part of Lever, he has been closely involved with sales & marketing restructuring/projects in Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, and many other countries.


Rajendra Aneja has authored a Book entitled, "Agenda For a New India". He has written over 1000 articles on management, sales, marketing, politics and economics for the press in India and abroad. He has been frequently quoted by prestigious newspapers and magazines. As quoted by The Economic Times (India) Rajendra Aneja "is the brains behind the rural thrust of Hindustan Lever".
