Narendra K Aneja has over 30 years of experience in GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance assignments) and management consultancy. Naren is the Chief Executive of Aneja Associates, India, employing about 350 professionals. His Firm conducts governance studies, risk assessments, management and operational audits of over 100 companies, in India and abroad.His is also the CEO of Aneja Management Consultants.

Naren is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, holds the Certified Internal Auditor accreditation and Certification in Risk Management Assurance from The Institute of Internal Auditors, USA and holds an MBA from The Wharton School (1979). He is a Gold Medallist (ICAI), a Tata Scholar and was ranked on the Director’s List at Wharton (1978).

Naren is a past national President of The Institute of Internal Auditors of India. He is on the Advisory Board of the Bharti Institute of Public Policy and the Global Advocacy Committee of IIA Inc. He has made presentations at numerous international conferences in India, United States, Malaysia, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Qatar and Thailand.
