Mr. Dilip Kumar Pal is a Chartered Accountant and has over 30 years of experience in the field of Finance & Banking. Mr. Pal is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1980. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce with Honours in Advanced Accountancy from the University of Calcutta.

He worked as a Joint General Manager with ICICI Bank Limited, where he worked for 32 years. ICICI Bank is the largest bank in the private sector in India. He has authored several policies viz. Investment Policy, Business Continuity Management Policy, New Product Approval Policy, etc. for ICICI Bank.

His areas of proficiency also encompasses setting up of treasury operations in India and abroad, Risk Management practices, documentation of internal controls over financial reporting in compliance with requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley Act and business continuity management practices.
